FONDO is a creative food studio translating concepts into edible situations.
We investigate art practices and develop our research through gastronomy. Our goal is to communicate information through food, generating food-based circumstances as a legitimate exhibition format. We consider cooking as a valid creative discipline in the making of meaning.
Founded by The Gramounce, a collective researching contemporary politics through food and art.

We will work on the theory behind biodegradable biomaterials and we will work on four recipes: bioplastics, bioleathers, biothreads and bioceramics. With natural dyes and repurposing kitchen waste like used coffee and tea.
