The course was born out of our own curiosity about a discipline that is ever-growing but still considered niche. Food Design has emerged as a dynamic interdisciplinary field that merges culinary arts with design principles, not only to innovate and enhance the eating experience but, to put it plainly, to communicate through food. This discipline encompasses not just the aesthetic presentation of food but also its interaction with social, cultural, and environmental contexts.
